PAO Hub is an unofficial, free, ad-free Greek-language news and fixtures app for Panathinaikos supporters, covering football and basketball. It is built and maintained by one independent developer, Nikolaos Rentzilas. For anything at all, email support@paohub.rentzilas.dev.

What to write about

• Something is broken. Tell us what you did, what you expected, what happened.
• Wrong data — a score, kick-off time, broadcaster or league table. The data comes from external sources and is sometimes wrong; tell us which match.
• A moderation appeal. If your message was deleted or you were banned, send your display name. Decisions are reviewed again — see the content policy.
• Account or data deletion. The fast route is inside the app: see the steps. If you no longer have the app, email us.
• A GDPR request — a copy, correction or restriction of your data. See the privacy policy.

How quickly you will hear back

Usually within a few days. Reports about the in-app chat are prioritised and normally reviewed within 24 hours. There is no telephone support.

Before you write

• No notifications arriving? Check the switch is on in Ρυθμίσεις (Settings), that you follow that match's sport, and that Android has not blocked the app's notifications.
• Articles missing from the home screen? In Settings, under ΠΗΓΕΣ (Sources) and ΟΜΑΔΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΩ (Teams you follow), you may have switched a publisher or a sport off.
• A league table showing an old season? Every table states where it came from and when it was last updated, directly beneath it.
