Content Policy
This is a translation. The Greek version is authoritative and is the one accepted inside the app.
The PAO Hub chat is for supporters. The rules below apply to every message and to every display name.
What is not allowed
- Racism and hate. Attacks or disparagement based on nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
- Threats and violence. Threats against anyone — players, referees, rival supporters or other users — or encouragement of violence.
- Harassment. Targeted attacks on an individual, intimidation, or publishing another person's private information.
- Abusive content about clubs or supporters, in any form — Greek, Greeklish or coded.
- Sexual or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Spam and advertising, including links to betting companies.
- Impersonation. Names that pose as players, the club, the app or its moderators.
- Illegal content, or links to pirated streams.
What happens when someone breaks them
- Report. Any reader can report a message by long-pressing it. No account needed.
- Automatic hiding. A message reported by three different account holders is hidden automatically until it is reviewed.
- Review. Reports are reviewed by a human. A message that breaks this policy is deleted.
- Ban. Repeated or serious breaches lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the chat.
How quickly. The app is maintained by one person. Reports are normally reviewed within 24 hours, and faster on a matchday; overnight, automatic hiding is the only control operating. We say so plainly rather than imply continuous supervision.
Blocking a user
Independently of reports, you can block any user by long-pressing one of their messages. Their messages stop appearing for you, everywhere in the app. The other user is not told.
If you disagree with a decision
Email support@paohub.rentzilas.dev with your display name. Decisions are reviewed again. See also the support page.
